I would NOT recommend moving to this toilet.
The management company are a bunch of -------. They keep asking you to fill out paperwork every couple months with either rental increases, or some other bs forms to fill out.
What a bunch of busybodies. They came into my apartment to inspect the smoke alarm and a week later they send me a rental increase notice.
Homeless people come onto the property like they own the place and steal stuff off your porch, even the welcome mats.
The laundry room is operated by these cards you have to pay for just for the card, and then you add money to them. The company that handles the cards is based in LA so good luck if you have a problem with them because the manager just shrugs and says "I guess you'll have to talk to them". They keep increasing the price for laundry too.
The company that owns this place is a money grubbing scum sucker!
