Coming from my parents who lived in apartment after apartment, they loved this place when I showed it to them. The maintenance people have been great since I moved in a year ago, and the neighbors are only occasionally loud at times.

If you follow the rules about parking and guest parking, then your fine. There isn't a lot of extra parking spaces so the permit rules are needed. Security has been nice when I've seen them around, and although our community isn't gated, I haven't had any problems at all.

I would recommend this complex because it's better than most I have seen, and the office is very good about flexible leases.
