The Lofts has the potential of being a very nice resort style community, however there are hidden disadvantages to living here. There is the ever growing issue of crime and vehicle theft at the Lofts, but most notably, very poor management. My car has been broken into on several occasions now. Each time, understanding that vehicle vandalism and theft is a fact of life in Sacramento, I have brought acts of increasing crime in the community to the attention of property manager, Tami Henderson. Tami, who seemed so very welcoming when considering the Lofts as my new home, has done nothing more than treat me as if I were three years of age when voicing my concerns. It seems that once Tami gets her hands in your wallet you suddenly become a secondary concern to this deceitful woman, as her main concern stays firmly placed on prospective residents who she will shower with kindness until they too become victims of a Lofts lease contract. Moreover, Tami on several occasions has shifted blame on to others when confronted with issues of poor management. Often this blame is placed on residents behind their backs. This is not only unprofessional, it is slander. Please be advised that Tami is not a moral person. If you are a fair and honest person DO NOT LIVE HERE! The apartments are very nice and well built, however, the poor treatment of residents and lack of motivation, displayed by Tami, to act against criminal activity at the Lofts, should not go unnoticed when considering the Lofts as your new home.

This person obviously has no life and feels it necessary to bad talk people just because they don't get what they want. I have lived here for several months now and have never been happier with my home and management. Tami is always one of the most pleasant and professional people I have come across and have never met anyone in a complex office that seems so upbeat and personable. I have spoken with several of my neighbors who feel the same way. This is the best management and apartment to live at in the Sac Valley. This person obviously has no clue that Sacramento is known for high car crime and management has no control over such things. If you are looking for a great apartment with caring management look no further!

This is not right to just accept Sacramento with high crime rate on vehicle theft. Apartment complexes especially those that charges higher rent should provide security or police patrol to look out for their tenants.

gates don't help either.. No matter where you live, thieves will find what they want..people always wanna say oak park and del paso heights are the worst.. the atmosphere might not look pretty but the crime is the same everywhere

Management probably did post that 7/12 post. I would not move here just because of the negative posts here. It sounds like Tami is not a person she presents herself to be. Some issues must be considered before moving anywhere and since this is a renting community that plays a huge factor.

The person that wrote this has hit it right on the nose. And caringres just must be one of Tami's favorite, which is very few. I've lived at the lofts for going on three years now. And the only thing that's kept me there is the nice neighborhood and the apartments are very nice. But not only is the management there poor, so is the maintanence. I also know first how how 2 faced Tami is. How come no one is wondering why they change leasing agents as often as they change their underware. But Tami's still there. She has spoken badly to me about a few of her leasing agents. How unprofessional is that. She also thinks it's ok to discuss the personel issues that residence confinde in her about to other residence. Pinnacle should have gotten a new apartment manager a long time ago. Let's not also speak on how rude the maintanence guy is or how long it takes after you put a work order in, for them to fix the problem. And as far as not having a life, in response to what caringres said about the person who wrote this, that's what this web board is for right? To rate the apartment. If I live there, that is my life. You're on here as well, posting blogs. You must not have much of a life either.
