I really like it here. People need to have common since your complaining about things that are out of managements hands. Of course there will be crime this is Sacramento. I feel safe here. I only know of three window breakings and really that??s not bad at all for an APARTMENT community. Yes there is a parking problem, what community doesn??t have one' At least you can get a garage other communities have no other options. The office staff has changed since I have live here; I have seen a Huge Difference! This place is way better. People are actually being screened like your suppose to be. The management is doing great keeping this property nice. I have no complaints with staffing; they are always so friendly and cheerful. Whenever I need a work order it is done in a day or two. I would definitely recommend the Lofts to live at. The complex is beautiful with huge floor plans.

people also should know how to spell common sense. Since you are so educated:)Sounds like one of their high school drop out office staff members........little too obvious

Common sense? I don't think having common sense will fix the unprofessionalism of the management staff!
