Which is saying A LOT---
The apartments and pool may look nice but don't let that fool you. The management and staff are not friendly at all. Tammi is a phony b**** and those that think otherwise were simply fooled by her pretentiousness. And yet, regardless of staff I would still not recommend these apartments to anyone!
At one point, I had to call maintenance because my CEILING was LEAKING and I was met with hostility from the maintenance guy. Also, in the 12 months I lived there the cabinets (which had nothing wrong with them) were replaced without explanation''' And they re-cemented all the walkways at which point we could not enter or leave our apartments for long expanses of time. This process went on over the course of several months. We never received a clear explanation as to why this needed to be done either!
And don't get me started on parking.... With a very limited 'security' I felt very unsafe getting home late and having to make a 5min trek to my apartment. People with parking garages in their units stored all their crap and took up the rest of the spots leaving no where for the rest of us! Also, a portion of the complex is low income, which we were never informed of and found out after moving in, and there are always shady characters wandering around. I heard of several car and apartment break-ins, so be aware!

I could go on, but I think I've made my point--- The Lofts suck!
Look elsewhere if you're looking for an enjoyable living experience....
