My fiance and I lived here for 2 years. While they aren't the worst apartments I've lived at, they are far from the best. As other reviews have shown, the staff is deplorable. As a matter of fact, it wouldn't surprise me at all if it weren't some of them writing the positive reviews on this site. (A word to those of you... I think no one is fooled. Maybe if you stopped playing on the internet instead of doing your job, things would be better at the lofts. Just a thought.) I digress.
The location wasn't the greatest and parking is a pain. Yes, you can pay $75/month for a garage but on top of $1700 you would hope you can park in your complex without the trouble. And with an economy like today's.... we'll you know.
In comparison to other apartments... thumbs up for in unit washer/dryer, oh and pretty landscaping.
