My husband an I have lived here for about 6 months in a 1 bd/1 bath. We moved from a two bd/1 bath about 5 minutes up the road, because we wanted to downsize and cut our rent to save for a down payment. This was the only complex that we were able to find that was affordable and not in the ghetto (s. natomas). We save on rent every month and didn't have to give up any of the luxuries that we had at the pricier complex. Yes, sometimes you have to park far from your apartment, but in 6 months this has only happened twice---no big deal. The girls in the office are kind of ditzy, but sweet, and I've only had to interact with them upon move in.
I would recommend this complex, escpecially if you want a newer apartment, but don't want to pay the newer apartment price.
