Yes, most of the previous reviews were completely true - talking to the old management was like talking to a brick wall (if you could even get a hold of them). It's seriously about time someone decent starting running this place, and the new manager and her staff are great! They are warm and responsive and I am now very satisfied! The grounds and stuff has always been fine but overall it's better now that some competent people are in the office.

what do you know about the flood issues in the apartment buildings and what about the low income buildings is there such a problem in certain buildings. I am considering moving in and i want to be aware of all the issue before hand. What about the crime are there breakins going on in the complex
