The one bedroom units are spacious and have a very open floorplan. Not a lot of storage space, though, and the bathroom is tiny. The bathrooms in the two bedroom units are bigger, but you lose some space in the living room. There is a lot of parking here for visitors, which is pretty nice. The washers and dryers in the laundry rooms are frequently out of order, and will often sit for a few weeks without being repaired. I won't go in the pool or hot tub because they don't seem very clean. The manager is very nice and helpful. The response from the maintenance man is iffy. Sometimes he's there right away, and other times it takes him a few days (but never concerning anything serious). The community is quiet by apartment standards. It is located on the edge of a nice neighborhood and a less pleasant neighborhood. I know some people have had cars stolen a few years back, but they are putting in security gates now, so hopefully it won't be a problem any longer. There is also a neighborhood watch system in place. I get home from work late at night, and am only slightly nervous about walking to my apartment from the parking lot. I've never personally had any trouble here, though. Overall, I'd recommend it.
