Best deal in Sacramento! These apartments is a small community that is keep quiet and safe. I have been here almost a year and would not move unless I bought a house or left Sacramento. Staff is friendly and greets you by name everytime they see you. Beautiful pool that is hardly used during the summer but always well kept even during the winter. Most residents are retired but I am a young adult that likes being in a quiet place.
