Pure Hell

This apartment complex is slowly falling apart. Raw sewage backed up into my apartment. Maintance men set of pest control bombs to rid complex of pests but forgot to turn off the gas and blew windows out of apartments. I would not recommend anyone renting here. I keep a VERY CLEAN house but my downstairs neighbors were pigs...so we continually had roaches.
I was disgusting.
