If you dont mind the nightly get togethers that usually result in a fight or the police being called, ongoing infestation of roaches, poor maintanance, terrible follow-up by the manager or the fact that there is a sex offender living in the apartments, then this would be a prime place to live. I resided here with my husband for a little less than 2 months before we just could not take it anymore. My children were approached by older children in the parking lot, one of the boys took my sons bike. This is not a safe place to live. Our car was broken into within a week of moving in.
