The manager is a very nice and caring person, but the place itself is bad. There are kids always running around, playing ball in the parking lot-- hitting our cars, it's dirty. There's alway wrappers and other junk in the ground. Cars get broken into often if not parked in a well lit area. The laundry room is awful. It's so dirty, I don't even do my laundry there. I don't think the floor is ever swept or mopped (so God forbid you drop a clean sock on it), the washers themselves are very dirty aswell.
