lived here over a year. Very bad inside, bad paint, big holes in walls that needed putty but didnt get it so its just painted over, no tape off job and paint all over the ceilings different color than walls, old air units, refridgerators, stoves, things needing repaired often. They are quick to respond but they take the lowest bidder on jobs and things continue to break often. Non residence allowed to swim here and cause damage that causes the pool to be closed over a month in the heat of the summer. Rent is high consider the old and ugliness of the apartments, garbage all around. The only thing positive i can say is that the manager is very nice and it is semi-quiet around here unless a bad tenent gets in now and then.
