Apts are very large. Older apts, could use an new modern kitchen cabinets, but overall they are clean and pest free. The grounds are kept clean, the manager is very nice and responds quickly to maintenance repairs. Nice tenants, quiet complex, would recommend to those who want a quiet, friendly place to live, especially out in South Sacramento, very rare to find a place like this out here! Good management.
