I am reading the other reviews and I don't know what they are talking about, when it comes to holes in walls and bad carpet. I have been in this complex for awhile and have friends that live in several of the apartments here, and all their apartments are nice, clean and kept up. Whenever we contact the manager about a leak or faulty appliance, they respond immediately...they have really cleaned this place up and it is a very pretty complex and the people that live here are so nice. The managers are active and keep up on the grounds and if there are any problems like noisy guests, they take care of it right away. The South area is a rougher neighborhood, but this complex is like a world all it's own. I would highly recommend this place to my friends and those who give it a bad rating were most probably evicted from here and are bitter.
