Considering the outlying area (So. Sac) land of the poor and home of the thugs. This complex isn't bad considering the surrounding neighborhoods. Units are older, but not as bad as the last review, I've seen bad units let me tell you. I am always seeing the manager and her maintenance installing new shower walls, etc. in vacant units when they come around. The carpets aren't bad, I would prefer berber though.....but I am not staying at the Mark Hopkins in S.F. either.

I shopped around and the prices are very competitive in the area. The pool is nice, just lots of tenants have their guests come in and they destroy stuff in the pool so the rest of us here have to suffer when it is shut down for repairs. I know the manager tries to keep this place looking nice, it's just some of the tenants have that "ghetto" mentality and like to live like pigs. So I feel for her having to constantly get after them, I wouldn't want her job for nothing.


For the person who wrote the last comment, if you hate the place so much why are you still living here, I live here too and I don't know why you expect living in the hood is going to be a bowl full of cherries, you are living in a dream world. Go to Laguna or Greenhaven and live among the rich, maybe you will have less problems. Or is it that you have a bad rental history and are desperate'

For those looking for a place that is halfway decent and like a small complex, this is the place, don't get scared off by bitter tenants of the past that were most probably evicted and are trying to give this place a bad rap. I stay here because it is ran by management that really cares about the people and the complex, you don't always find that, at least I never have and I have lived here a long time and seen lots of different managers, and this one now could easily be managing in a nicer (richer) neighborhood, but we are very fortunate to have her here.

Funny, sounds like you were bribed to give this response. I DONT live there anymore...after i figured out it was the ghetto, i left. The manager is nice, thats not the debate, its everything else. And if youve lived there along time, you must be on welfare because anyone who doesnt "have" to stay there, wont. The inside of those places suck...its not the managers fault, its the cheap owners fault. Trust me...it is thugville, and lots of riff raff coming through there...i like the manager, but im glad to be out of there with my life and my property un-damaged.

No bribes here, just a different viewpoint than yours. You moved after you figured out it was the ghetto? What were you blindfolded when you drove through the neighborhood? What a crock! Have you been in every unit, or did yours just suck because you destroyed it and you lived like a pig? Sounds like you are being paid to give the place a bad rap, or just a bitter evict. Oh and I work for the government, no welfare here. I live here because I enjoy it here. Don't feel like giving my paycheck to overpriced places in better neighborhoods, why should I pay their mortgage payment. So let it go man, you're gone, you didn't like it, you moved on, so let it go, quit trying to ruin it for the rest of us okay!
