The New Manager Is Great But..............

The new Manager "Cristal" is very friendly! The Property location is GREAT. The Apts are very spacious too. Really my only complaint is the General Manager named FERN, She walks around with a big chip on her shoulder and has no idea how to comunicate with the residents. Why she is in charge in beyond me, she is the rudest bi-polar person I have ever came across. If it were not for her I would give this place 5 stars!!!
