The people are great and defiantly unique. The landlord is a dirty man, and kind of a jerk. The apartments are a bit run down, but if they were fixed up they would be beautiful. The elevator doesn?t work. I lived on the fourth floor, so it was a hike up and down the stairs. You get used to it though, and I even lost a few pounds running up and down. They were built in the late 1800?s and throughout the years, have left so many pieces of history behind. They are said to be haunted, and everyone who has ever lived there has a story or two. If you are looking for a place with originality this is the place for you.
