The apartments are nicely sized, fairly quiet (except we are on the first floor and we hear everything our upstairs neighbor does!), but a GREAT location! My only beef is the parking (Not nearly enoughm most of the time have to park on the street!) and the laundry room situation (old machines that don't usually dry clothes in the first cycle, and not enough to go around). Otherwise the management is nice and the grounds are well kept. I wish my bathroom had a fan in it, it gets really humid trying to take a hot shower in a small, unventilated room! And our particular unit shares a fence with the managed care property next door, and the employees do get loud when they stand out back for breaks, not to mention their smoke comes in through our windows! All in all, a great place to rent in a great location.
