I have been living at mckenzie at natomas park since it was built back in august of 2002, I have never seen worse customer service in my life before.But when we were makind the decision to pay them $1400/month for a two bwdroom apt we were promised a tons of things such as children?s playground, assigned parking area, poolside barbecue area and more importently a security guard on the premises during the night.

needless to say that none of the promised services and ammenities were delivered, and for the security patrol at night, his services were discontinued shortly after with no prior notice, in fact we did not find out we no longer had a security guard until our garage/storage area was robbed out of roughly $15,000.And THE MANAGER (BABE MOONEY) rudely disregarded the issue as if they had nothing to do with it. not to mention the constant repair they come up with every other month due to poor construction.During the whole month of may the pool had to be closed for resurfacing, the in the month of june they had to do more resurfacing only this time you have to leave your apartment for two days at your own expanse.
these are just a few examples of how bad it is to live in mckenzie at natomas park.

so beware of the pretty brochure snd the constant lies of the leasing agents.

I PERSONNALY CAN NOT WAIT UNTILL MY LEASE IS OVER SO I CA WAKE UP FROM THIS NIGHTMARE.
