I have lived at McKenzie Park apartments for around four years.

I have seen management come and go, however the underlying fact is that they all cared about the complex. The grounds are maintained in a proper and diligent manner. When ever I have called w/ a maintenance need the response has been immediate. The work has always been completed in a timely fashion and any debris cleaned up afterwards. I have found that the maintenance and house cleaning people are constant and though.

The pool recently received an over haul and was re-plastered in time for summer use. The pool is always clean and enjoyable. The Jacuzzi works very well firm jets w/ warm/hot water to soothe.

Landscaping is kept up on a regular basis. Pets are welcome on this site and owners clean up after them as the take a stroll w/ their pets. Cat s are not running around taking over the complex - only a few come out to visit residents.

The fitness center is updated w/ good working equipment and towels to dry yourself after your workout. The club house is available for events and has a nice pool table and kitchen area. The entire complex was recently painted and the now colors are really nice. Very minor inconvenience was experinced when the painters were needed. There is even a business center that residents can utilize.

Overall this is an outstanding community people are nice and the management tries to do the best they can to keep everyone happy. I enjoy living here very much. I feel safe.
