I just renewed my lease for another year. My roomate and I are very pleased with our experience at this apartment complex. It is clean, quiet and the apartments are huge with reasonable rent. I have never experienced any car theft / damage but the parking could be better. The fact that they charge $15 for a non-covered spot is crazy so I am stuck parking on the street a lot. The tenants for the most part are great - very respectful and quiet. I would recommend this to anyone who was looking for housing in Natomas.
