Nice location, bad parking, overpriced, bike stolen....

It's beautiful to look at with the matching black appliances, washer, dryer, patio/balcony, pool area and common party area but the fiasco with the water/sewer/trash bill got me feeling like I had the rug pulled from under my feet and it was a rug I paid for!
But there was nothing I could do about it. As the months passed, the bill went from $8 to &70-80 a month. And on top of that there wasn't an area to wash you car in the packed parking area. I always questioned going out at night for fear of someone taking my parking space and most of the time someone did. But hey I guess I needed the excersise, right!
The price was right at first but when they started charging to use clubhouse, the shortcomings of the complex were starting to show. The parking lot had to be repaved twice only a year since contructed. Landscaping was nice except that the men were trimming the hedges at 7am, all the while, talking loudly. I had no choice but to wake up after having work a grave yard shift.
The first neighbors I had across the way were really nice, but were only there until their house was finished. The next neighbor I had not so nice. He always had someone over. The music wasn't the worst part, it was that his friends stood outside of his door talking, laughing and smoking. It probably wouldn't have been too bad except that the walls were fairly thin. Thin enough to hear my other neighbor have sex.
My fear of insects was amplified by the variouse spiders, centipeeds and crickets that wondered into my apartment. The biggest one was in my hallway closet. It was about the size of a quarter from where I was standing.
The fact that there were no gates was a deterent but with the promise that there was going to be day and night security I signed the contract. I was duped. The door to door selling wasn't all that annoying, but the handfull of pshyco's that nocked on my not so secure door collecting money for college, made me want to call the cops.
And the final deal breaker was having my bike stolen.
The con's far outway the pro's in my book and I am bieng ultra polite, since it's in my nature. vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l
