Out of that property which was so appealing at first, and turned for the worst in the end. Everything was great when I moved in. There was a lady with cute hair and another young lady who was always dressed up in business attire when I moved in. Shortly their after, a young gentleman came to the office which was a delight. At the end of my lease, I had some neighbor issues and a couple of maintenance issues (which was normal, and nothing I was to shocked about at an apartment community). Well going to the office, Cute Hair Girl, Business Lady and Delightful Boy are all gone...Fine...new people. The Lady with Glasses (also known as manager) just seemed to busy to help you. When you talk to her, it's in one ear and out the other. My work order she took never got done...Twice! I called after coming in twice and the assistance just seemed so spacey and out there, like she couldn't comprehend what was going on. She took the work order and it was done, but she had no idea on what to do about the neighbors being loud. Multiple times I have complained and all I get is the run abouts. Well, I'm not running about anymore and I'm happy at another community.
To McKenzie, I hope you see better days as you did before with the original staff!!

Management has been at the bottom of hte customer service roster for a while. The neighbors are loud, rude, leave garbage and beer bottles everywhere, party in the common hall on weekdays until 3 or 4 a.m.... but management does NOTHING!!!!
