McKenzie at Natomas Park

Looks are deceiving... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/10/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   I love the way the community is built. The inside of my apartment, the landscaping. What I hate is the way mgmt. works, they never got any work orders done and never follow up with you, the equipment at the gym is really poor quality, it took them a month to fix the treadmill, no parking after 9pm, very small parking lot, i've had my carport that unfortunately is something you pay extra for taken by other cars 5x, the walls are really thin, if you live downstairs you will be irritated by alot of noise, andthis morning my car was broken into, there are masterminds because somehow they managed to take my brakelock off my car (its like a club except you attach it to your brake pedal) I think for the price you pay (I am overpriced on a 1 bedroom)is not worth it. And if you look at the comments on 9/20 a recent mgr has the nerve to complain about residents complaining on this website instead of taking it up with mgmt. Well, there's a reason: "MANAGEMENT DOESN'T DO A DAMN THING"
