Going downhill in a hurry.

The new manager is a CREEPY WEIRDO. Period. This complex has gone steadily downhill since he began here. For the amount of money, you are much better off staying somewhere else, and people are catching on to that as evidenced by the large number of empty apartments. Also, there seems to be a car break-in every single night, with a lot of weirdos walking around. I will be moving out, sadly, after being here a number of years. Please do not move here, you will regret it.
