I've lived here for a while and it has been great. I've never had a problem with the management and I've found them to be helpful with work orders and just about anything else. My complaint, however, is that management continues to change and it becomes very confusing for residents. When I resigned my lease, I received no 30 day notice, no proposed amount, and it took weeks to process applications (it was promised to only be a few days). In addition, I've now had a few problems while living here and have had absolutely nothing happen when I contacted management. That has been frustrating to the point where I no longer feel safe and supported. I've had to take matters into my own hands and I get more help from the police and friends. I've now had to ask for work orders a few times, and I find that nothing gets done except for in person. I will be looking to move out soon. Sad, because I really liked it. Also, it is a little pricey for what you get, there have been some really strange/scary people living here, and parking is horrible unless you have a garage.
