Nice Apt, Bad parking, lots of theft

The apt. unit itself is great. Too bad the parking lot is always full and you are forced to pay for a distant spot that costs you broken glass and a looted garage. They have security that drives around at night, but this seems to be ineffective.

the way parking is handled is you can park in visitor/uncovered/unreserved spots for free or you can have a covered carport for $25 a month or a Garage for $85 a month
