Management always seeks way to build community among its residents, creates a safe place for residents, and promotes communication between themselves and residents to provide the most optimal quality of life. Management and staff are not just friendly but sincerely make the effort to be responsive in a timely manner. Policies are dispensed and reinforced for everyone to live comfortably. Much has improved since my initial years. Requests for maintence issues are responded in a much more timely manner, greater efforts to communicate and update residents regarding upcoming events, concerns, and updating policies are done ahead of time, and finally the safety of residents given the security on patrol brings tranquility to this community. Overall, learning curves are no cause for great frustration. Learning curves represent movement and effort on behalf of management to interact with residents.
