I have lived here for almost a year and I will not be renewing my lease. The apartments are cosmetically nice. The fact is they suck for the price. I know of many other communities that cost less that are just as nice. Parking is a nightmare. It is located adjacent to a charter school so you have to deal with school noise and traffic. Management doesnt know the difference between a sneeze and a wet fart. I have seen the assistant manager Drew walk business. He only knows how to talk a good talk to the tenants(must be because hes a former used car salesman), and the regular manager is so concerned with her life outside of work that nothing gets done. We have had many noise complaint issues that are only taken care of by a letter in the mail and little more. How many letters can you send before you evict someone' Apparently you cant get evicted because of noise. The new maintence manager is great but there is only him and maintence issues take a long time to fix. Urgent stuff takes priority. The dishwashers dont drain. The 2 bedroom 2 bath's air conditioners dont get the Master bedroom cold in the summer unless you close all the vents in the apartment and bend the fins down in the bedroom. I was told its because when they were built they didnt put in big enough air conditioners to accomodate 2 bedrooms or more. In general dont move here, dont waste the money, the time or energy. This place is a ---- hole when it comes to everything!!!
