No tolerance factor on noise is a bunch of crap! For the amount of money paying a month in rent it is definitly not worth it. If I was paying less in rent somewhere else in another part of town than maybe you get what you pay for. When you pay around $1100 a month you want to have peace of mind. Staff puts little effort in providing customer service. They never return calls and talk to you like maybe its your problem that your neighbors are inconsiderate. In the process of calling the Better Businees Bereau.
