Let's see . . . so far my on-leash dog has been attacked by another neighbors off-leash dog, there was an attempted car theft where the car died on its way out and was abandoned in the parking lot with its locks punched, doors and trunk open, and windows broken, several kids from section-8 housing are sneaking in and taking over the pool, the neighbor smokes 'something' from a pipe on his balcony and bumps his rap before 8 AM in the morning, the complex is right in the flight path of the airport = very noisy, people race down the street in the middle of the night, someone else drives by doing about 10 mph by with their stereo blasting at 1 AM, I've left messages for courtesy patrol that have NEVER been returned, the walls are way too thin = I can hear and name the exact songs and radio stations my neighbors are listening to and I can hear the neighbors baby crying every morning and afternoon. I do have to say, the grounds are beautiful and they did some wonderful marketing to get us in, but we're looking for a better value.
