I wrote a long review and it somehow didn't post, so I'll try again. Ive lived here for two months and so far its been great. The noise is minimal, much better than what others made it sound like! I haven't witnessed any type of thefts, and the trash isn't as bad as it was when I moved in. There is ample parking, although I wish it were gated for safety. The gym and office areas are great, and my utility bills are super low because its insulated well and everything is energy star. The staff is super helpful and is even letting me transfer my lease from a 2bdrm to a 1bdrm! Overall, yep, it's pricey, but very nice.

Maybe so, I posted this prior to new management. They are insane. I now can't afford to transfer to the one bedroom cuz the prices shot up, so I was going to break my lease. Rather than charging me the 2 months I got free plus a penalty month like the prev management told me, they said they will charge me the duration of my lease, which is until may of next year. come on, thats like 12 grand!!! so i finally found some insane person to take over my lease, but holy smokes! now I need to find somewhere cheaper to live, any idea???
