Now under new management. Unhelpful. They do not have a maintance man. The garbage section is a mess. Domestic violence runs rampid. This whole area of Sacramento is a joke and will be 100% ghetto in the next year or less. No stinkin way I would swim in that pool. The office center has been trashed. I could go on and on. Just do yourself a favor and stay away.

Medici is a property like any other; when it is sold, a new managment is usually brought in. That means a new staff INCLUDING a maintenance man. As for domestic violence any educated and logical thinker would know that is not an apartment problem but a social issue. If it is something you are so concerned about, call the police.

As for the pool, they had it closed down just last week because the new "Maintenance Man" was draining the pool to clean it. That same week all the dumpsters were pulled out so that the garbage areas could be cleaned. People just want something to complain about. Open your eyes to what's really happening people!
