Lived here and it is true. Thieves keep targeting this area. I don't know if management can do anything about it but there is a car break in almost every single week! Management says they are increasing security patrol but I never see them at all. Perhaps that is a good or bad thing' It is true, the management is scared of retaliation and don't really do much. I think they need to undestand that they took on this job and enforcing the rules is a part they must do or else this place is going to go to hell. I am so happy I moved out before it got worse.

I happen to be the manager and I take it very personally that someone would actually post such inaccurate messages about my feelings and my thoughts such as "I am afraid of retaliation and I don't do much. I have done everything in my power to make this community safe. I increased patrol from drive throughs a few times a night to a standing guard 7 nights a week. I do understand that residents are frustrated and they have every right to be but talking badly about someone who is doing what they can isnt helping. Retaliation has nothing to do with how things are handled. That hasnt even crossed my mind. If you have suggestions on what will make a difference, please let me know. I would love a cure all. Until you are in my position and are faced with the difficult choices that we as managers must face, you will never understand what sort of limitations we are up against. It's called laws.

You are exactly right. I have been here since the very first building was on site. I can tell you from my experience that it used to be horrible. Not only has the current to date management 01/02/2007 change things drastically for the better, but thave done it all with a smile and very professionally. Up until six months ago we were also leaving when our lease came up. We have just re-signed our lease and feel 100% pleased with the competency of the management and Medici as a whole.
