Significant improvment makes the Medici a good value From: jrobino@lycos.com Date posted: 6/4/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   I've lived at the Medici for about a year and a half. During that time I've seen it go from a poorly managed facility to one that's currently being managed quite nicely. It's more than just getting the lights in the parking lot fixed ... finally. It's making sure that the guard at night is diligent, that the walkways and stairs are power washed, the landscaping is attended to ... and an option to Dish Network was finally brought in. If you don't like slow channel changing and constant lost signals, then the tv option at the Medici is the best in town. AT&T brings in their U-verse package, delivered over a 25 Mbit fibre line, directly to your apartment. And there's enough bandwidth left over to give you an honest 6Mbit internet line. And AT&T will Give you a wireless router to access it. I was out of town when the management changes were made, so I was pleasantly surprised to return to a place that was apparently trying very hard to make the complex a nice place to live.
