Recently the managment was changed, which was to the detriment of the complex. The old manager was the glue that held the Mediterranean Village together. Since, the change in management(about a month and a half ago) there has been a rent increase. Parking is screwed up, and the complex is starting to fall apart. Not to mention the huge insect/arachnid problem. I had to de'bug' my place a couple times due to ants and spiders. It's hard to keep up with it all. Anyway, if you have no problem with this stuff be my guest, it's cheap for the most part (although there may be more rent increases coming up).
I, like many others here, are fed up with this place. I'm looking for a new place for my family.
