The Mediterranean Village is only getting worse. The plot thickens as the new management screws up more and more. They are getting in the habit of losing rent checks and charging fines. It seems impossible to deal one on one with the mgmt here, as they always need to "speak with the property managment company" about everything. It's like they can't figure anything out on their own. And this can be very frustrating when you have a problem with time constraints. Trust this review, DON'T MOVE TO THE VILLAGE. The rents are on the rise again! The only good thing about this place is the maintenance guy.
Do yourself a favor and skip this place..
