I have lived here for almost 2 1/2 years, it was a great place to live back then. In a nutshell here it is, the place states secured complex, but gates are always broken, or unlocked. Maintenance guy always leaves gate unlocked when he goes to the bay to get drunk, and then forgets to lock it. Laundry machines are less because of people breaking into them and taking the coins, the complex does not replace them. If you have a maintenance issues, fix it yourself because it might not get done for a month. Expect black mold in your Apt. if it rains a lot in the winter, power and water go off often. If you have a car, expect it to be broken into.
