I have lived in this complex for a little over two years. I feel safe and I have never had any theft problems; however, some of my neighbors have had their cars broken into and stolen. Since then, they have hired a better security guard and I haven't heard of any other problems. The grounds are well kept, but maintenance can be a little slow. It's generally pretty quiet, but since the new management company took over the complex, they have been less selective in who they let in. Overall, it's not a bad place to live, especially for the price.
