New property mgmnt company sucks. They are spending money on things that are not needed, but can't deliver simple things like they promise, a heated pool, or even better a jacuzzi that's warmer then 78 degrees. To top it off, when you ask why these things are not done, the employees snap and complain about working overtime. Sorry BUT that is not my problem, you do not work for us, the residence....take that up with your managment.
