Don't rent here! Miramonte is a rip off!

I enjoy living in Natomas, however Miramonte is not what it appears to be. There are so many other apartment complexes in the area that actually give you what you pay for, don't waste your time.
Despite the disrupptive corrective work that goes on around the complex, the ammenities are worn out. The pool and hot tub are not maintained, (the new management team turned the hot tub heater off to save a few bucks!), the computers have rarely ever worked, and when I went to ask about the conceirge service, the girl didn't even know what the word meant. This is not a joke.
Natomas is a wonderful place to live, but do yourself a favor and choose one of the many other apartment options available. I know of residents in several of these other apartment complexes that don't have to deal with any of the problems that I face here at Miramonte.
