I received a package 2 weeks ago by Fed-ex. I went to the so called concierge office to pick up my package as that is what they advertise as a service. THis was the day after I got the notice that a package had been delivered for me. When I got there they said they didnt have it, that it was in the Miramonte office. So I go there the next morning which made me late for work and they said "oh its at the concierge office". Gee, when I back to the concierge office do you think it was over there!!! NO!!!
Why woukd you advertise this great concierge service when you are so unorganized that it doesnt even work. To top it all off I received a letter saying that they were holding my package and if I didnt pick it up they would return it. HELLO!!!!! Since this incident I have recieved another package the following week and the same thing happened. All the can say is that the packages are to be transfered from Miramonte office to the Concierge office daily and hopefully it will be transfered over so that I can get it. THat was last week!! Well see what happens the next time I get a package.

IT is so frusrtating when you advertise for a service that you cant get organized and actually provide!!! ITs really not that hard to figure out how to do it!!
