Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
After a year of anticipation I've finally been released from this past prison of a lease.
Three management companies later the property has been reduced to constant maintenance (noise), unkempt ares (unsightly common areas), and extremely overworked staff (HORRIBLE customer service).
The documentation between these three companies has been the failing point of this complex. Good luck if you had previous arrangements with one of the prior management. Good luck if they've lost a section of your rental agreement and you no longer have your copy. Expect trouble here.
They even gave my parking spot to another resident 2 weeks before I moved out!! A large apology goes out to the other resident who was obviously offended by my repeated parking in MY asssigned spot. Please excuse my behavior due to the extreme disorganization of the office staff. As this was my only assigned spot and there was no other free parking I would have had to take a BUS back to my car to park.
