THE STAFF IS BEYOND RUDE AND INCONSIDERATE!

IF ANYONE HAS ANY COMPLAINTS, THEY SHOULD ALL BE DIRECTED TO THE OWNER. THAT IS THE ROUTE I AM CHOOSING TO GO SINCE I CANNOT EVER GET ANY DECENT RESPONSE FROM THE STAFF IN THE OFFICE!
