incompetent management!

I have lived here for almost a year. Over the past few days they have been doing construction to patios in the building by mine and it is so loud and they start before 8:00am!! It would have been nice if the mangament sent out a letter, to let us know this would be going on and for how long, and to apologize for the noise disturbances!! I swear they have no clue what they are doing!!!!
