obviously these comments are from some of the same people; Very immature to add. I've lived at Miramonte since it was open and had to deal with a lot of things these people are talking about, but come on, your living in an apartment, not a home. I think these people are just panicking with the management changes. They expect the new company to be completely organized when the previous management company was completely backwards. I understand they are trying to get things in order. With all 3 management companies the staff have beeb great. The first management company really screwed things up for the ones that took over after them. The current staff is the best. Dont mistake professionalism as being snobby or uptight. Theses ladies have their stuff together. People expect to have maid service in an apartment complex and it doesn't work that way. I have lived in apartments for 7 years and they are all the same. I would defenitely recommend living at
Miramonte or Trovas, and I sure as hell would not read the comments on this site to make my decision on whether or not to rent here, just read em, you can tell idiots are the only one with the ignorant comments. Check them out for yourselves. This is just a site to vent.

Interesting that people who post here with complaints are, as you put it "idiots", so let me guess those who agree with you are somehow brilliant? I have lived in these apartments for a while and I can say without question that I have had my repair requests simply ignored after submitting them in writing on more than one occasion. Now, is that the professionalism you were referring to?
