I just moved in recently and wanted to give my thoughts on the new staff.

At first I thought the staff was rather rude and aloof. They definitely give that impression if you meet them at the wrong time. But I've since written that theory off. Bottom line is they are simply young women stuck in the tough job of having to serve other people. Perhaps the big smiles are a little too phoney (after all, they are hired to lure new customers) and their manner is a bit condecending at times. So what' As long as they get the job done it doesn't matter to me how they act.

So far I've had 3 problems with the new place, but in each case I called the staff and they fixed the problems either that day or the next. The biggest problem I had was due to parking. But then again, what apartment complex DOESN'T have a problem with parking'' In my case, my spot was assigned to somebody else. However, the staff gave me a replacement spot after they discovered their error, so I can't really complain about it too much.

So is this the most accommodating apartment complex out there' Hell no.

But it's also not the worst.
