I have lived in this complex for two years. In that time the management has changed three times. Each time the new management took steps to make it appear as though they were going to improve on what has been advertised as luxurient living. Each time they would do something completely redundant, like re-pave the perfectly good parking lot or repainting the rooftops. This is only to draw in tenants. Once they have you locked into a lease the nightmare begins. Maintenance men entering your place without your knowledge because the office sent them to the wrong apartment. Or you call the office with concerns or your own maintenance needs only to get a machine. When you leave a message they never call back, but if you owe them money they leave a note on your door immediately and call too. Suppose they give away your parking space to a new tennant. You leave an angry note to the offender who has taken your assigned space, only to find an angry note on your windshield when you park there. When you call the office to straighten it out, guess what' Thats right no answer. Or even worse they do answer, and then treat you with hostility when it was their mistake to begin with. Heaven forbid you go into the office with a question or to recieve a package because then you are committing to at least a half an hour confrontation after being ignored for ten minutes.

Back to the topic of luxurient living. The materials they used to build this place were of the poorest quality and things began to fall apart or break down after three months of living here. Don't expect the refurbished apartments to be any better. Not to mention that they moved us in with very nice washer and dryers in the unit. After one year they had to switch them out for the cheapest, poorest quality machines they could buy, because they had rented the nice machines and the lease was up. The new machines are CHEAP. This is an example of the shady the management practices that go on at Miramonte & Trovas
